RMO is a family owned and operated business that has successfully provided officials to the Denver Metro area since 2007. Our RMO team brings to the table over 100 years of collective knowledge and experience to the community it serves.
RMO’s main objective is to recruit and train officials. All RMO officials are professionally
trained and vetted. They are required to attend classes on the NFHSA rules as well as pass a
background check.
Every month, RMO offers a series of clinics for active officials, giving them opportunities to
officiate in multiple sports and to equip themselves with the necessary tools needed to
enhance their performance. With this tool and clinics, RMO can rank officials appropriately
and assign them to games accordingly, based on their level of experience.
Therefore when the official steps onto the court or field, they are professional and are
prepared to make instantaneous decisions and effectively resolve conflicts. This creates a
higher level of excellence to the game.
With over 100 years of experience, our training team continues to train and mentor new officials. We are always looking to hiring stellar canidiates.
The RMO administration office is equipped with a team of professionals who share
the company’s philosophy and are committed to championing youth as they grow
into adulthood through sports. Additionally RMO staffers are trained to
communicate effectively and maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all
times.
RMO uses an online assigning tool, Arbiter, which allows schools to review their
games and communicate with the official(s) who is assigned to their game(s). RMO’s
approach is systematic with an administration team that regularly monitors the
game and competition schedules for accuracy and integrity.
Not only will our officials officiate an outstanding game, they are also learning from every game they officiate.
We continue to have mandatory training classes that allows all officials to continue to be better equipped.
Over the past two years, research has shown there has been a rise in the
need for youth sports officials within the various Metro Denver
School Districts and Sports organizations.
The solution is to hire more officials and expand the
geographical area in which RMO serves.
Currently, RMO has over 1,100 vetted
officials and is actively seeking new accounts.
